Mitch Maykel

Customer Insights founder and president Mitch Maykel has served in multiple leadership, marketing, and consulting roles for companies such as EMC, NYNEX/Verizon, HP, and the Yankee Group. He has provided strategic consulting and advisory services to CEOs as well as to various marketing organizations. He has also won multiple awards and honors, including the President’s Quality Award for leadership from NYNEX/Verizon. Maykel holds an MBA in Marketing from Babson College and a BA from Amherst College.

He also has over 10 years of clinical experience with integrated medicine (e.g., Professional Applied Kinesiology and Functional Medicine) working with his late brother, Dr. William Maykel, whom The Rolling Stones called a genius.
